Spring Branch ISD has contracted with New York Life (formerly Cigna) to provide an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for you, your spouse and eligible dependents. New York Life provides free, confidential counseling by experienced licensed counselors. Please note that this program is also referred to as Life Assistance Program by New York Life. You can easily access a comprehensive network of providers with expertise in the following:
- Marriage & Family Issues
- Stress Management
- Depression
- Adolescent Counseling
- Substance Abuse
- Anxiety
- Legal Concerns
Employees and their immediate family members have access to 3 free face-to-face counseling sessions per problem, per person, per plan year.
